Concept

The STARS can be assort and unilateral replace with other standard RCA plug and jack

By reducing the size of the conductor and path, to reduce Resistance, Capacitance and Inductance reaction when signal transmit .

Non-coaxial conduction are able to use single point conduction while plug connect to jack

The Plug is made with Nylon composite material which provide sufficient flexibility and clamping force to connect tightly with Jack

The Jack is made with insulation material which isolated from the metal plate and reducing the impact from external factors.

The conductor is made from high- purity copper (Tellurium Copper) with gold plating (10u”)

By using highest quality of design techniques and material to provide customer who has “High End” requirement.

Description

Mechanical structure:
The contact pin is formed on the body by plastic injection.
The STAR modeling use the characteristics of Nylon composite material.
which provide enough flexibly to connect with jack tightly. Grounding use Latch to be assembled tightly with body.
The Non-coaxial design makes the signal reaches
by “Single Point Contact” while plug connect to jack. After well soldering the wires on positive and negative part,
the shell locked with body by screwing and to fix the cable with shell stable by a screw. Screws with the finished products.

aeco XLR

 

Concept

It can be assort with other standard XLR.

Non-coaxial conduction are able to use single point conduction while plug connect to jack.

Conductor between body isolate by PTFE insulator.

The conductor is made from high-purity tellurium copper without nickel plating.

By using highest quality of design techniques and material to provide customer who has “Hi-End” requirement.

Description

Mechanical structure:
The insulator of the Male end is fixed to the body by assemble function.
The hollow pin is fixed to the PTFE insulator by assemble function.
The grounding is riveting to the body on the Male end
Contact pin for the Female end is fixed inside of PTFE insulator by assemble function.
The PTFE insulator of the Female end fixed on the body by latch function.
The body and the shell locked by screwing.
POM sleeve is fixed with end of shell by using screw.
The cable hole with sleeve is 8.5mm, without sleeve is 12.5mm.

The design of the Female end does not come with button,
however, it is suitable with other standard XLR products which has button.​

aeco Banana Plug

 

Concept

The body of plug was lathed in one piece to avoid the conduction loss when signal through the different structure and interface.

The interface was continued with hollow design to maintain the insertion force and crosscutting part was showed with spiral pattern for trendy design. 

Terminal was half crosscutting in L shape and a ring with screw. It will be used to for solder type or screw type to lock tighten the cable. 

The shell and body isolated and assemble by insulator materials to complete the isolated function. 

The conductor was used by high-purity copper (Tellurium Copper) without nickel plated.

Description

Mechanical structure:
The body of plug was lathed in one piece.
It has hollow design to provide enough insertion force. 

The body was locked with POM head lock tighten by assemble function.
 
A ring and a screw were temporary locked so that is able to adjust into solder or keep lock directly based on your need.  
POM head lock is tighten with shell together by screw, to insulate between body and shell due to the material feature.

 

NOTE:
This product is only suitable for 4.0mm binding post.(Not for 4.1mm) 
 
Please insert with clockwise while put the banana plug in the binding post first time.
The interface will adjust the shape due to binding post size and cause it into a perfect size
 
This product is include:
screw for conductor (3/4 mm) (4 each)
screw for cable (3/4 mm) (4 each)

 

 

Assembly:
1.We recommend to peel off the cable jacket and  appear conductor part about 6mm.
2.This product is suitable for cable OD which is less than 6.3mm. Please remove the sleeve(141) if the cable OD is more than 4.3mm.
3.Please put the cable through the shell(131)

4.1.For solder type:
Please remove the ring[121] and the screw[211 / 212] before you solder the cable (without jacket) on L shape crosscutting. 
4.2.For screw type:
Please lock the cable (without jacket) in the ring [121]with a screw[211 / 212].

5.Please lock the shell on body set [111].
6.Please fix the cable and shell through screw[222 / 221].
