Cable Run-In:
Audiolund cables feature complex multi-core architectures utilizing multiple conductor types. As a result, an extended run-in period is recommended to achieve optimal performance.
Due to their large-gauge solid-core construction, OCC Silver conductors generally require a longer stabilization period than Duelund’s multi-strand tinned copper conductors.
Recommended Run-In Time
- General Audiolund cables: 100 to 200 hours
- Flagship Series RCA cables: 200 to 400 hours
Performance will continue to improve progressively throughout the run-in period, with the Flagship Series benefiting from additional operating time before reaching its full potential.
I haven‘t tried them yet because the cables are too thick for the DAC Servo connection. I‘m still waiting for 2 AudioQuest RCA adapters 90 degrees so that they can fit next to each other.
