Audiolund USB A-B Cable ~ Flagship Series
- Use 3 solid cores of (21GA) of 5N OCC Silver wires mixed with 16GA Duelund tinned copper wires in both the positive/Negative data, as well power +5v/Ground
- Use various types and multiple layers of shielding materials for shielding to reduce noise and RFI/EMI interference
- With unique damping design, use various types of anti-vibration/damping materials to suppress vibration and isolation

Standard USB version: 1 USB-A and 1 USB-B without separate 5V DC power supply. Specifically added USB A to USB-C cable.
Dual-headed USB version: 2 USB-A + 1 USB-B. This design for a separate 5V DC power supply, 1 USB-A plug in to audio source, the other USB-A plug in to 5V DC power supply.
Typically, USB cable use wires between 20 AWG to 28 AWG wires. Flagship series USB cable uses 3 *solid cores of (21GA+21GA+21GA, equal to 16GA) of 5N OCC Silver wires mixed with 16GA Duelund tinned copper wires exceed the spec limit for USB cable. It is OK for audio device application for best sounds, however, it is not recommended to use it on other non-audio application.
We do not use a precision measurement equipment to measure, however, all series of the USB Cables are tested and verified on a few different high-end systems (Streamer/Transport/DAC), with no signal error, perform better and comparably with other famous branded USB cables and thus, it is confirmed that it should be meeting the 90 ohm specification. So far, it is working fine on all the audiophiles’ system with various combinations/setup.
Flagship series USB cable is built with 3*21GA solid cores of 5N OCC silver wires, mixed with 16GA of Duelund tinned copper wires. We aim to have a balance and best sound with Vintage Western Electric sound reproduced by Duelund Tinned Copper cables and modern Pure Silver sound reproduced by 5N OCC Silver cables. Flagship Series USB cable will have the best of both Duelund tinned copper wires and 5N OCC Silver wires with very comprehensive sound, natural, smooth and musical with quiet background. It also has the sweet, delicate, powerful and fast dynamic of pure silver sounds. It is designed for owner with super high end system and for those who demand for utmost best sounds of USB cable.
My Humble Comments: If you like both the Western Electric sounds and the Pure Silver sounds equally, mostly for musicality and tonality, Flagship series is your ultimate choice. However, if you prefer the fully organic and fast dynamic sounds of pure 5N OCC silver wires, the Ultimate Silver series is a better choice. My personal favorites are both the Ultimate Silver series (built with 7* small solid cores OCC Silver wires) or the Flagship series (built with a mixture of Duelund tinned copper wires and 5N OCC silver wires). It is my utmost recommendation for audiophiles with utmost system setup using USB cable. This Flagship series USB cable, together with Ultimate Silver series, are the top two series of our Audiolund USB cables.
OPTION: Select Cable Sleeve Color:
1) Default: Gold Foil + Black Strip on Black Background (Weak wear resistance for Gold Foil, handle with care)
2) Gold Foil + Transparent Strip on White Background (Weak wear resistance for Gold Foil, handle with care)
3) Red Copper + White Strip on Black Background (Better wear resistance for Red Copper and plastic strips)
4) Black + Grey Strip on White Background (Better wear resistance for this plastic strips sleeve)
USB A-B Plugs Orientation
Audiolund cables are quite thick and stiff, although it could be bend easily, but could be hard to “twist” if the orientation of the plugs is not aligned properly. The standard orientation for USB A-B plug is as above, however, it is also depending on how you place your equipment, Top to Down, Left to Right or Right to Left ?

Cable Run-In: Audiolund cables are mostly multi-core design with various combinations of wires. Thus, all Audiolund cables will require a long time to run in. OCC Silver wires are thick solid core wires, will take even longer time to run in than Duelund tinned copper multi-strands of parallel thin core wires. The general guideline for run-in time, estimated 100 – 200 hours. Flagship series will need to run in more hours.
The flagship USB cable allowed me the finally match the streaming/DAC sound to my CDs. Absolute wonder !
