17. Signature Series ~ USB A-B Cable (Duelund Copper)

Designed and handcrafted with multiple combinations of Duelund tinned copper cables, carefully fine-tuned to achieve the highest sound quality and to minimize signal transmission loss.

Audiolund USB A-B Cable ~ Signature Series

• Use 4*20GA of Duelund tinned copper cables
• USB Type A to Type B or other options
• Use various types and multiple layers of shielding materials for shielding to reduce noise and RFI/EMI interference
• With unique damping design, use various types of anti-vibration/damping materials to suppress vibration and isolation
• 1.0m standard length with other length options
• Option: Standard USB cable or Dual-Headed USB cable

Standard USB version: 1 USB-A and 1 USB-B without separate 5V DC power supply.
Dual-headed USB version: 2 USB-A + 1 USB-B. This design for a separate 5V DC power supply, 1 USB-A plug in to audio source, the other USB-A plug in to 5V DC power supply.

Typically, USB cables use wires between 20 AWG to 28 AWG wires. The Signature series USB uses 20AWG wires, meeting the spec limit for USB cable. It is OK to use this USB able for audio device applications for the best sounds, however, it is not recommended to use this Signature series USB cable on other non-audio applications.

We do not use a precision measurement equipment to measure, however, all series of the USB Cables are tested and verified on a few different high-end systems (Streamer/Transport/DAC), with no signal error, perform better and comparably with other famous branded USB cables and thus, it is confirmed that it should be meeting the 90 ohm specification. So far, it is working fine on all the audiophiles’ system with various combinations/setup.

The USB Cable Signature series, using Duelund tinned copper wire, has similar sound characteristics as the taste of the original Western Electric (WE) sound. Its sound  dynamics, with high and low fluctuations, are very smooth. Sound density is also very high, with full body, pure and delicate, at the same time sound very musical. The texture is natural with charming music, rich information of premium vinyl/analog sound.

My humble comments: Signature Series ~ USB Cable uses all 20GA Duelund cables, it is with Duelund WE typical sound characteristic. Disclaimer: All the Hi-Fi setup different in terms of Equipment/Speaker/Room/Accessories etc. so, you may get different results in different setup.
