DC Power Cord Xtreme Series have the same sound quality and characteristics of the Duelund WE. The Xtreme Series is further fine-tuned, improved the design with additional shielding/damping and built with branded Oyaide or Viborg plugs. It is an ultimate Audiolund design designed for audiophiles who believe in quality of connectors that could bring out the full potential of the Duelund cables.
Although DC Power Cord has less impact to the overall sound quality, but it did help slightly to improve the sound quality with strong sound characteristic of Western Electric. If you are looking for a DC power cord, Audiolund DC Power Cord Xtreme Series is a very good choice.

Hi Danny, just to let you know that I have received the cable today.
It was worth waiting! I did not expected such fantastic buiId quality neither the huge gauge of the cable.
I come from a very respected firm silver DC power cable and it is my first encounter with Duelund copper cable. Right out of the box I appreciate very much the exquisite natural timbre, soundstage width and depth. The deep base only seems a little less well controlled, but may be it needs more burn in.

My Xtreme DC cable (0.5 m) is terminated with a GX-16-4 connector at the source and a standard 2.1 plug at the other end in order to connect Farad Super 3 LPS with Uptone EtherRegen. Compared to the standard DC cable which comes with the Farad, the Xtreme is more relaxed, smoother, with a deeper and controlled bass. A nice upgrade. The only downside is because of the bulk of the cable and the heaviness of the connectors you need to take care to avoid any stress on the input of the light weight EtherRegen.
