- 19 solid-core conductors per positive and negative signal path, combining multiple gauges:
- 2 × 15AWG
- 3 × 21AWG
- 2 × 7 conductors ranging from 24AWG to 32AWG
- All conductors are 5N OCC silver
- A 2.5-meter stereo pair uses approximately:
- 20m of 15AWG 5N OCC silver
- 10m of 3 × 21AWG 5N OCC silver
- 20m of 7 solid-core 24AWG to 32AWG 5N OCC silver
- Multiple types and layers of shielding materials help minimize noise and RFI/EMI interference.
- A proprietary damping design incorporates multiple anti-vibration and damping materials to improve mechanical isolation and suppress unwanted vibration.
- Standard length: 2.5m, with other lengths available.

True Silver Series Design
The True Silver Series Speaker Cable employs multiple 5N OCC silver solid-core conductors ranging from 15AWG to 32AWG per signal path, engineered to achieve the performance expected from a high-quality solid-silver speaker cable.
Its sonic presentation combines the hallmark qualities of modern pure silver with a sweet and delicate character, powerful and fast dynamics, strong tonal presence, subtle warmth, and a rich, full-bodied texture.

Our Listening Impressions
The Xtreme Series has a strong Western Electric-inspired character, with a presentation that is balanced, natural, neutral, relaxed, and highly musical.
The True Silver Series, by comparison, offers a distinctly modern silver presentation that is sweet and delicate yet powerful, with fast dynamics, stronger tonal presence, subtle warmth, and a richer, fuller-bodied texture.
Personally, the Duelund / Western Electric character remains a favorite for its relaxed and musical presentation. However, the True Silver Series offers a compelling alternative for listeners who appreciate the speed, tonal density, and organic, full-bodied qualities of 5N OCC silver.
In simple terms:
- Xtreme Series: Classic vintage Western Electric-inspired sound, with musicality as its key strength.
- True Silver Series: Modern pure-silver sound, with a rich, full-bodied and organic presentation as its key strength.
Neither approach is inherently better. Both are designed to deliver a high level of performance, and the preferred choice ultimately depends on the listener’s system, musical preferences, and personal taste.
As a general observation, listeners using tube amplification may gravitate toward the relaxed musicality of the Xtreme Series, while those using solid-state amplification may prefer the speed, tonal presence, and full-bodied character of the True Silver Series. Final results will naturally depend on the overall system and individual listening preferences.
Our appreciation for the individual strengths of these two conductor philosophies ultimately inspired the development of the Xtreme Silver Series and Ultimate Silver Series, combining selected characteristics of both Duelund / Western Electric tinned copper and OCC silver.

Cable Run-In
Audiolund cables primarily use multi-core constructions with carefully selected combinations of conductors. As a result, they generally require an extended run-in period to reach their intended performance.
The thicker solid-core OCC silver conductors used in the True Silver Series typically require a longer run-in period than the parallel, fine-stranded Duelund tinned-copper conductors used in other Audiolund designs.
As a general guideline, we recommend approximately 100 to 200 hours of run-in.
