Audiolund Supreme Ground Cable ~ True Silver Series
- Features 10 solid-core 5N OCC silver conductors:
15GA + 18GA + 24GA + 24GA + 26GA + 28GA + 29GA + 29GA + 32GA + 32GA, replacing the single 24GA 5N OCC solid-core conductor used in the Basic version. - Multiple layers of shielding help reduce noise and RFI/EMI interference.
- A unique damping design incorporates various anti-vibration and damping materials to suppress and isolate unwanted vibration.
- Standard Length: 1.0 m
- Termination Options: Banana Plug / Y-Spade
Basic Version
- Uses a single 0.5 mm / 24GA 5N OCC solid-core silver conductor as the main grounding conductor.
Standard Version
Choose from two conductor configurations:
- 7 solid-core 5N OCC silver conductors:
24GA + 26GA + 28GA + 29GA + 29GA + 32GA + 32GA - 1.0 mm / 18GA 5N OCC solid-core silver conductor
Both configurations provide similar functionality with approximately equivalent overall conductor cross-sectional area. The 7-core configuration offers greater flexibility, while the single 18GA solid-core configuration is less flexible.
Premium Version
- Uses a single 1.5 mm / 15GA 5N OCC solid-core silver conductor as the main grounding conductor.
Supreme Version
- Uses 10 solid-core 5N OCC silver conductors:
15GA + 18GA + 24GA + 24GA + 26GA + 28GA + 29GA + 29GA + 32GA + 32GA as the main grounding conductors.
1) Default: White Stripe + Transparent Stripe on White Background
- Better wear resistance
- Recommended and default option
2) Silver Foil + Transparent Stripe on White Background
- Distinctive silver appearance
- Silver foil has lower wear resistance and should be handled with additional care
The Audiolund Supreme Ground Cable is designed to deliver a sweet and delicate presentation with powerful dynamics, speed, and responsiveness.
While the sonic influence of a grounding cable is generally more subtle than that of primary audio cables, it can serve as a valuable finishing element in a carefully optimized high-end audio system.
Cable Run-In
Audiolund cables primarily use multi-core constructions with carefully selected combinations of conductors. As a result, they generally require an extended run-in period to reach their intended performance.
The thicker solid-core OCC silver conductors used in the True Silver Series typically require a longer run-in period than the parallel, fine-stranded Duelund tinned-copper conductors used in other Audiolund designs.
As a general guideline, we recommend approximately 100 to 200 hours of run-in.
The Ultimate power cable gives (HC) more open sound, depth, and air. The ground cable adds better improvement and body, and I appreciate the level of customer service and response.
Well, i m impressed with what i hear so far! I ve let the ground ultimate cables burn a week or less, then sitting now listening, i see improvements over my diy cables, and my friend entreq ground cables!
