Construction

The Duelund V1 Silver Foil Silk/Oil Wire represents the top tier of Duelund’s conductor range, featuring a flat silver ribbon wrapped in silk and impregnated with oil.

V1.0 specification: 0.32 mm × 2.5 mm silver foil, approximately 18 AWG.

Based on Steen Duelund’s original cable concept, this distinctive construction combines a pure silver foil conductor with a traditional silk-and-oil dielectric system.

The V1 remains one of Duelund’s most distinctive premium hook-up wires and, in our opinion, one of the finest hook-up wires available for high-end audio applications today.
