Classic Series is the lowest cost of Audiolund series. It has the same Duelund WE typical sound characteristic and the sound performance is still better than many audiophile XLR Interconnect Cable. Classic Series XLR cable using standard 16GA Duelund wires only, however we added multiple layers of copper/tin-cu film/shielding and multiple different types of vibration control/damping material. Audiolund XLR Classic Series has the highest sound quality for the entry level Hi-Fi system/setup.
Classic series XLR Interconnect cable cross sectional area per meter per +/- channel in square millimeters is est. 1.31mm2 (Duelund copper).
My humble comments: Classic Series XLR cable has the same Duelund WE typical sound characteristic. If you own an entry-level Hi-Fi system/setup, this Classic Series XLR cable should be your top choice. Disclaimer: All the Hi-Fi setup different in terms of Equipment/Speaker/Room/Accessories etc. so, you may get different results in different setup. The cable was well received. I just wanna thank Danny for bringing this piece of art to me. The moment I saw this cable I can hardly move my eyes away from it (the build quality and design is top notch) . Most importantly it brings out terrific sound from my system! It opens up the high&mid range of my system with lots of details I’ve never heard before. The high notes of piano now is jumping out and right into my heart, the mid range of vocal got more details and the bass with more texture, which make the music sound so enjoyable! The other amazing thing is during the late night listening, even with very very low volume the music still delivers clear details, fantastic! Can’t wait to see more surprises after burn-in period.
